Stepping Stones Counselling Group

The Stepping Stones counselling environment is a home-like setting situated in the heart of beautiful downtown Kelowna.  Our team of counsellors is dedicated to providing a nurturing, creative and flexible healing environment for children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Our offices have been designed with warmth and comfort in mind that help put everyone at ease - especially children.  Separate play, art, and sandtray rooms have been created as tools in the healing and exploration process.

Counselling services include individual therapy for adults, children and adolescents as well as family and couples therapy.

Our Kelowna counsellors have expertise in the areas of anxiety and depression, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, divorce or family transition, adoption and foster care, autism spectrum disorders and self esteem.
